最近中央电视台正在播放电视剧《伟大的转折》，通过专题培训班在遵义的实地学习，我见到了遵义会议会址、苟坝会议会址、娄山关战场、四渡赤水渡口、息烽集中营、红军山烈士陵园，听着指导老师的授课，在电视中看到的历史一下子扑面而来，鲜活而深刻。
遵义会议是中国共产党历史上生死攸关的转折点，在极其危急的情况下挽救了党，挽救了红军，挽救了中国革命，遵义会议确立了毛泽东同志在党和红军中的领导地位，实现了中国共产党走向成熟的伟大转折。我深刻体会到“坚定信念、实事求是、独立自主、敢闯新路、民主团结”这20个字的遵义会议精神的丰富内涵、博大精深，其中给我最大触动和启示的，就是更深刻理解了实事求是——是我党不断取得胜利的基石和法宝。我认为，中国共产党之所以伟大，并不是他永远正确从不犯错，而是我党自身具有超强的纠错能力，能够不断改正错误、找到正确的方向。这一超强的自我纠错能力，在全世界政党历史中可谓绝无仅有。能做到这些，是因为实事求是已成为中国共产党的基因，这四个金光闪闪的大字，已经被镌刻在中央党校的大门口，成为中国共产党人世界观、方法论的基石。
拿遵义会议来说，其间的一系列重大决策，是在同共产国际中断联系的情况下，在中央苏区第五次反围剿失败、党中央被迫战略转移、湘江之战损失惨重的中国革命实际情况下，独立自主地纠正了博古、李德坚持的“左倾”教条主义路线，实事求是地找到革命前进的道路。如果党中央不能实事求是，迷信共产国际派来的李德，不敢否定当时党的最高领导——博古的总结报告，那历史的结局可能就是另外的样子了。
有个历史细节我印象十分深刻，在遵义会议几天后的苟坝会议上，中央政治局全体通过进攻打鼓新场的作战计划，只有毛泽东一人反对。当天夜里毛泽东思考再三，独自一人打着马灯走了三里的山路，去到周恩来住处提建议。周恩来并没有因为白天中央会议已经讨论做出决定，而忽视毛泽东的意见，而是与毛泽东深入讨论进攻打鼓新场的利弊，两人统一意见后又一起去说服朱德，暂停了下发作战命令。第二天，中央政治局开会又对此进行了讨论，会议决定撤销进攻打鼓新场计划，使中共中央、中央红军再一次避免全军覆没的危险。毛泽东打着马灯去找周恩来所走的三里山路，后来被称为“真理小道”。这个历史细节再一次说明，我们党坚持实事求是、追求真理的精神品质，也体现了当时党和红军的最高负责人周恩来虚怀若谷、闻过则喜、敢于否定自己的高风亮节。
7天前，习近平总书记在中央政协工作会议暨庆祝中国人民政治协商会议成立70周年上发表重要讲话。习总书记提出：能听意见、敢听意见特别是勇于接受批评、改进工作，是有信心、有力量的表现。要以闻过则喜的态度，广开言路，集思广益。
实事求是与闻过则喜，是中国共产党一直保持到今天的优良传统，是我党的精神底色，成为中国革命和建设事业不断取得胜利的根本思想保证，也是我们民主党派和社会各界参政议政、建言献策的动力源泉。无论我们走得多远，都不能忘了来时的路。通过“不忘合作初心继续携手前进”主题教育活动，我深刻体会到，我们民主党派的初心就是要坚定拥护中国共产党领导，与之荣辱与共、肝胆相照、互相监督，共同致力于国家富强、民族复兴、人民幸福。习总书记希望各民主党派和无党派人士要做中国共产党的好参谋、好帮手、好同事，增强责任和担当，共同把中国的事情办好。
不忘初心，方得始终。作为我个人来说，作为区政协委员，也从事政策研究工作，通过主题教育活动，更加坚定了我履职尽责的决心和信心。我要把主题教育活动作为我修炼思想、提升自我的新起点，把实事求是、闻过则喜作为我的人生信条，秉持家国情怀、强化责任担当，积极参政议政，积极建言献策。我要胸怀新区发展大局，进一步加强学习，进一步深入一线调研，积极发现问题，破解难题，为滨海新区发展多建睿智之言，多献务实之策，为把滨海新区建设成为繁荣宜居智慧的海滨城市贡献自己全部的力量。
同志们：
今天，我想围绕“不忘初心，牢记使命”这一主题，和大家上一堂党课，一起交流探讨三个方面的问题：
第一个问题：我们党的初心和使命是什么?
只要我们认真学习了十九大报告，我们就很容易找到答案。可以从三句话来把握：第一句话：为中国人民谋幸福。这是我们党的性质决定的。【《共产党宣言》中有这么一段话：“过去的一切运动都是少数人的,或者为少数人谋利益的运动;无产阶级的运动是绝大多数人的,为绝大多数人谋利益的独立的运动。”】中国共产党从成立之初，就把全心全意为人民服务作为自己的根本宗旨。人民立场是中国共产党的根本政治立场。“人民对美好生活的向往，就是我们的奋斗目标”。第二句话：为中华民族谋复兴。这是我们党对历史、对时代、对国家、对人民的使命担当。我们党成立的最初目的，是为了谋求民族独立、人民解放和国家富强、人民幸福。【1936年，美国著名记者斯诺到延安采访，看到了这样的细节：毛泽东住着简陋的窑洞，周恩来睡着土炕，彭德怀穿着用缴获的降落伞改制的背心，林伯渠的耳朵上用绒绳系着断了腿的眼镜……由此，他发现了共产党人的一种伟大力量，他称其为“东方魔力”、“兴国之光”。这其实就是共产党人为了民族独立、人民幸福，在异常艰苦的条件下仍然坚定自己的信仰、艰苦奋斗的精神】为了完成这一使命，我们党团结带领全国人民一步步从“站起来”、“富起来”走向“强起来”。进入新时代，中国共产党人的使命就是带领中国人民实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。第三句话：为人类谋和平与发展。这不仅彰显了中华民族的胸襟情怀，而且展示了马克思主义大党的责任与担当。五千年的华夏历史，孕育出了中华民族广阔的格局和深沉的涵养，比如古代儒家“人人为公”的理想社会，孔子“四海之内皆兄弟也”的天下大同理想，等等。作为世界上最大的马克思主义政党，我们党提出为人类谋和平与发展、构建人类命运共同体的使命号召，既是对中华优秀传统文化的发扬光大，也是对马克思主义追求人类幸福自由联合体思想的丰富和发展。【“人类命运共同体”与“美国优先”。人类命运共同体：指在追求本国利益时兼顾他国合理关切，在谋求本国发展中促进各国共同发展。习近平总书记指出，国际社会日益成为一个你中有我、我中有你的“命运共同体”，面对世界经济的复杂形势和全球性问题，任何国家都不可能独善其身，要以“命运共同体”的新视角，寻求人类共同利益和共同价值的新内涵。用一句中国古话那就是“四海之内皆兄弟”。具体操作的措施就是“一带一路”倡议。“美国优先”：2016年特朗普的竞选口号是“让美国再次伟大”，特朗普认为美国已“不再伟大”。因此特朗普喊出“美国优先”，目的是谋求让美国摆脱国际义务，因此退出了联合国教科文组织，退出了巴黎气候协定，撕毁了tpp协议。“美国优先”实质是美国国内对全球化的某种反动与反思，回归美国民族主义，而不是推行美国的全球价值观了。这直观地反映了美国实力的下降。】
第二个问题：我们党为什么反复强调要“不忘初心，牢记使命”?
我的理解，主要有这么几种考虑：
首先，是提醒全党同志，“不要忘记来时的路”。回望过去，我们的国家和民族灿烂历史绵延流长，但近代以来却差点亡国灭种。为了国家民族独立解放，我们党团结带领全国人民用了28年时间，付出了巨大代价建立了新中国。据中国档案馆记载，从1921年到1949年，短短28 年，就有370多万共产党员为国捐躯。到现在，我们党已经走过了整整97年的光辉历程。我们党之所以能走到今天，就是因为我们始终没有忘记自己的初心和使命，始终没有忘记“来时的路”。【老一辈革命家习仲勋曾意味深长地说：“人民就是江山，江山就是人民。”这12个字，把共产党和人民之间的鱼水关系、舟水关系说透了。】
其次，是教育全党同志始终以史为鉴，少走弯路。
第三，是教育全党同志战胜考验危险，不走错路。
第四，是确保全党同志永葆强劲前进动力，走好未来的路。
第三个问题：如何践行“不忘初心，牢记使命”?
作为市政府办公厅的党员干部，不忘初心、牢记使命，就是要立足本职工作，爱岗敬业、忠于职守，以实际行动为实现+++苏区振兴发展、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦添砖加瓦。具体来说，我认为，可从以下几个方面着手：
一是要以学促知、坚定理想信念。
二是要知行合一、力争一等工作。
三是要严于修身、锤炼坚强党性。
四是要牢记宗旨、密切联系群众。
“中国共产党人的初心和使命，就是为中国人民谋幸福，为中华民族谋复兴。”这是习近平总书记在党的十九大中的鲜明宣示。话语虽短，却蕴含着无比深刻的内涵。党的十九大闭幕不久，习近平总书记就带领中共中央政治局常委，来到我们党梦想起航的地方，回首峥嵘岁月，重温入党誓词，号召全党同志不忘初心、牢记使命、永久奋斗。
我们党的全部历史是从中共一大开启的，我们走得再远都不忘记来时的路。饱经沧桑的石库门老屋，烟雨朦胧的南湖上红船，是中国共产党的诞生地，是党的根脉，也是中国共产党人的精神家园。98年前，代表着全党50多名党员的13名代表，从那里播撒中国革命的火种，从那里开启跨世纪的伟大航程，从那里走向全国执政。98年来，为了实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命，无论是“春和景明，波澜不惊”还是“阴风怒号，浊浪排空”，中国共产党人都初心不改、矢志不渝。秀水泱泱，红船依旧；时代变迁，精神永恒。“红船精神”是激励当代中国共产人继续前进的强大精神力量。
人最宝贵的是生命，生命对于我们每个人来说只有一次。而我们应当怎样度过这仅有的一次生命呢？古人早有了很好的诠释：“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青。”这是说，人要活得轰轰烈烈；“生当作人杰，死亦为鬼雄。”这是说，人要顶天立地，光明磊落；“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干。”这是说，人要无私奉献。古人对生命意蕴的的思索激励了一代又一代华夏儿女生命不息，奋斗不止，他们用热血铸就了无数的生命奇迹。
“健康所系，性命相托。”伴随着这庄严的铮铮誓言，我们走进了神圣的医学殿堂，从此我们踏上了救死扶伤的征程，我们开始与病魔斗争、与死神赛跑，我们因拯救生命而使我们自己的生命闪光，我们因白衣天使的光荣称号而倍感自豪。
作为一名医务工作者，我们必须风雨兼程，砥砺前行，无私奉献，无怨无悔。作为一名共产党员，我们严谨务实，精益求精，牢记使命，不忘初心。初心是忠诚于党，心系患者的敬业精神；初心是为人民服务，数十年如一日的顽强意志；初心是知难而进，迎难而上的英雄气概。
那是去年夏天的一个早上，采血窗口的患者和往常一样密集，我和同事一如既往，配合默契，抽血，贴条码，有条不紊，忙忙碌碌一个多小时，忽然一位怀抱婴儿的中年妇女走近窗口。“就你一个人，没有人陪护吗？”我问道。她说就她一个人。“抱着孩子不方便抽血啊”我和同事嘀咕着。看着长长的患者队伍，我没有多想，脱下白大褂，走到窗外，接过妇女怀中的孩子，“我给你抱着，你放心抽血吧。”接过孩子的那一刻，宝宝冲我笑了，我也笑了。那母亲抽完血，我让她先止血再接孩子，她连声说谢谢。我说：“不用谢，这是我应该做的！”没错，这是我应该做的。这就是我们所有医务工作者的工作日常。
客服中心的美小护肖哲，不但长得漂亮，心地也很善良。这一天，她见到一位手持盲杖，双目微闭的老大爷，赶忙上前询问。原来这位盲人老大爷是冠心病患者，今天又来开药。肖哲先是把老大爷领到心内科门诊，完了又带他取药。看着合疗窗口长长的队伍，时间已经1点多了，合疗报销系统两点就要关闭，肖哲接过老大爷手上的取药单，让大爷先坐下休息，用自己的钱替老大爷取了药。她将药递给大爷的时候，老大爷坚决推辞，说下次再来取药。当然，肖哲怎么能忍心让双目失明的大爷多跑一趟呢，她坚持让大爷拿上药，送大爷出了门。
有人说用自己的左手温暖自己的右手，那么只有自己知道暖不暖；而用自己的双手去温暖别人的双手，却是一种奉献。作为一名医务工作者，面对患者渴求的目光，我们义无反顾；面对工作的一贯平凡，我们从容不迫；面对肩负的神圣职责，我们兢兢业业；面对时代的召唤，我们一往无前。因为我们的双臂撑起的是民族的希望，因为我们的双手托起的是生命的太阳。
朋友们，让我们一起努力，脚踏实地，不忘初心，牢记使命，砥砺前行，一起创造更美好的明天。
