从心怡5个月长了第一颗牙开始，我们就很注意她的牙齿卫生,每次加辅食后我会给她喝点水，算是漱口，偶尔也会用干净的纱布沾上温水给她擦擦牙。可是心怡有个坏习惯，晚上不叼着奶瓶睡不着觉，众所周知，奶里是有糖份的，而糖份是牙齿的大敌。我们为她担心，用了很多办法，也曾试着让她学习刷牙，但是没能坚持下来，主要由于孩子太小，掌握不了正确的刷牙方法。一直到她3岁上了全托幼儿园，才开始养成好的生活习惯。心怡彻底丢掉了奶瓶子,和其他小朋友一样开始用杯子喝奶。也就开始了正式的早晚刷牙的历史。在幼儿园，老师教孩子们洗脸刷牙的同时，还给他们说歌谣：自己干，自己干，自己的事情自己干。自己刷的牙儿净，自己洗的脸儿白……

1.给孩子选择什么样的牙刷？

孩子2～3岁，就可以自己模仿刷牙的动作了，开始先教他用水平式前后刷牙的方式,强调不可只刷牙齿外侧面,内侧和咬合面也要刷。这时候，孩子还无法自己完成刷牙的过程，需要爸爸妈妈的帮助。
4.怎样养成正确使用牙刷的好习惯？
保持牙刷的清洁卫生非常重要，刷牙后要将牙刷用清水多洗几次，甩干后头向上放置 。不要将牙刷头倒置于漱口杯内，防止在潮湿的环境中滋生细菌。
