大家好！
今天，我们迎来了学校的运动节。今天的同学们摆脱了平时沉重的书包，个个换上了精神的运动服。首先我们开始是走方阵，初一的十五个方阵里的同学都着装统一，站立整齐，那响亮、整齐的口号声，更显示出他们的朝气蓬勃。我所处的是彩旗方阵，我们举起那旗帜，在阳光映衬下，我们仿佛一支蓄势待发的军队在浩浩荡荡地前进着，景象异常壮观。
十点半了，我的比赛即将开始，我报名的是团体一分钟跳绳比赛。到了比赛场地，我的心格外紧张，虽然我在之前也做了许多的准备，但看到别的班的同学个个身轻如燕，跳得越发快速而轻盈，我还是不免担心能否发挥好我的实力，生怕一不留神，跳得让班级的成绩不高。终于到了我们班，我的脑子很混乱，不停告诉自己：“少失误，越快越好”。“开始！”我不管三七二十一，不停的跳着，霎时，我觉得绳子在我手上晃如跳跃舞动的精灵，仿佛我在与它翩翩起舞。于是我跳得越来越快。终于结束了，我的手却累得抬不起来了，脚也似灌了铅，寸步难行。
后来的比赛，一个比一个精彩，而这次欢乐运动节也不知不觉拉上了帷幕。在这天中，我们体现了青春的速度，青春的活力，青春的激情，我们挥洒了汗水，因为充满活力的青春是最有意义的！
