大家上午好!首先我要感谢大家在百忙中抽空来参加这次家长会,其次我还要感谢所有支持我工作、配合我工作的家长,是你们相信我、支持我、配合我的工作,才使孩子们在这一个学期里,各方面都取得了巨大的进步!本次家长会是您的孩子在特教中心的第三次家长会。对于您,对于我,对于我们的孩子,这都是一次非常有意义的聚会,也是一次非常必要的聚会。

一、首先我们来欣赏这学期学生的汇报演出。

二、召开家长会的目的

我们深深知道,孩子那每一张灿烂可爱的笑脸都承载着各位家长的殷切希望和美好憧憬。俗话说:性格决定命运。而习惯构成性格。好的开端是成功的一半。现在的年龄是学生人格塑造,好的学习习惯、生活习惯形成的关键时期,一定不能让我们的孩子输在起跑线上。孩子的学习成绩好坏取决于家庭、学校、孩子三方面,老师的循循善诱,孩子的刻苦努力固然十分重要,家长的及时督促、适时提醒、定时检查更是起到了“润物细无声”的作用。所以,我们衷心希望通过今天面对面的交流,心与心的交谈为我们的孩子创造更良好的学习环境,提供更科学的帮助。

三、学校情况简介

学校总体的情况我就不说。我们都对这些比较熟悉了,我就说这个学期学校的一些情况。首先,我们学校对校园环境进行了重新的布置,包括教学楼内的走廊布置,班级布置还有学校新做了电子宣传屏。第二件事就是我校的王文杰和我班的阮博祎同学,11月1日在校长和我的带领下去人民大会堂参加了雅士利集团关于启动千万阳光工程全国公益捐赠活动。这次活动是由中华慈善国际互联网救助中心、《中国扶贫》牵手广东雅士利集团共同举行的,第三件事就是去年的12月16日在县会议礼堂我校接受了雅士利集团捐给我校的五万块钱的体育活动用品和器械,会后有关领导到我校参观,并进入到我班教室和学生进行互动,发给学生每人一袋豆奶粉,学生已经带回。第四件事就是在元旦时我们学校和县残联以及世界宣明会的领导共同举行了联欢活动,会上世界宣明会给每个学生带了一块毛巾,等会会后我会发给各位家长。这个学期学校又给每个学生免费上了城镇医疗保险,还按县里的要求对每个学生的最低保障进行了重新审查和各种资料的上报。学校这一学期的工作就说这些和学生有关的事。

四、汇报班级各项情况:

(一)学生情况:我班在九月份开学时是由原来的一年级和二年级合并成的,在开学后樊金雨同学又转到我们班,现有学生11人,男生8人,女生3人。我们班学生年龄偏小,又相当接近,男孩子居多,一个比一个活泼淘气,人员的众多给老师的教学管理工作增加了一定的难度。从开学到现在,总体来说,每个孩子生活自理能力和学习情况都有了一定的进步。

五、谈谈学生的情况。

1、生活方面

学生在校生活(最短的)已经有半年时间,时间长的都有好几年了,对学校各方面情况都比较熟悉,也能很好地适应。做得稍差的就是物品保管方面,经常丢东西。我昨天算了算,有的学生这个学期我给发的橡皮多达10块了。还有就是丢了东西不能及时告诉老师,为寻找失物带来困难。目前为止,大的物品我知道的,运常达丢了一个床单,石彩燕丢了一双鞋,小的东西(铅笔、橡皮、作业本)就不说了。

2、学习方面

在这个学期初,我校聋班教学都进行了转轨,改用了普校教材。我班在开学初也实行了一周时间,但由于学生年龄、知识水平层次不同,文化知识底子较薄,没能进行下去。经学校领导研究,20xx年9月—20xx年7月过度一年聋校教材,20xx年9月正式使用普校教材第一册。

1、关心孩子生活。

2、过问孩子的学习。

接孩子时询问孩子的学习情况及掌握情况,回家督促完成作业,并对孩子的学习进行辅导及考核。

3、多和班主任进行沟通。

接送孩子时只要班主任在校,要打招呼。孩子在家因生病不能按时返校要及时通知班主任。

4、下学期工作的设想。

针对学生年龄较小,我们在教学中经常采用激励教学。班级也开展了“五星评比”活动。有评比就有优胜者,所以也会发一些物质奖励,提高学生的学习兴趣。这个物质奖励可能是一些学习用品,也可能是生活用品,也有可能是小玩具,有时还会是一些小食品。有的家长要问这钱从哪出,我有一个妥善的办法,就是从孩子自己的零花钱分出,家长交到我手的零花钱,保证花在你们自己孩子的身上,估计一学期有10—20元就够了,家长有什么不同意见或是有更好办法的,咱们可以交流一下。

经过大二一年的学习,我已经完全融入了软工班,对软工班的教学宗旨、目标和风格,人才培养模式有了比较深入的认识。我们软工班的宗旨就是要将大家培养成为石油和软件复合型人才。目标是经过两年的学校教学和一年的企业实训使我们在综合能力及素质上超出一般本科生,在英语、计算机、石油等方面达到优秀,综合能力达到其毕业工作至少两年的高度。风格就是采用课堂理论教学和课外综合提高的方式,多举办各种各样的活动,包括班级讲坛、茶话会、英语角(包括同留学生交流)、联谊球赛等等,提高大家组织策划的能力。经过这一年的锻造,我觉得自己不仅在学习上,还在课外能力都有所提高。

在这一年里我在学习上收获了很多,六级考得了全班第一的高分,“外研社”杯全国大学生英语竞赛获得三等奖(仍然是软工班最高,但是比大一的二等奖逊色了一些),在计算机和石油课程上都比较优秀,并且通过了六级口语考试。在课外综合能力上,我也获得了一些成就,我担任了班级的组织委员和寝室长、顺利从中级干部培训班毕业、在自律会年末综合测评中位列部门第二(获得主席的褒奖),在校级活动“读书报告会”中获得二等奖……

大三我要再接再厉,在学习和综合能力上都要获得新突破。大二的学习注重基础理论课程学习,大三的学习更注重理论和实践的结合, 在课程学习同时融入实践小组的学习内容,需要我们转变学习的思路和方法。因此我在如下几个方面作出学习规划:

一、课内

(一)英语方面

4、参加“外研社”杯全国大学生英语竞赛,虽然以及获得两个奖项,但是没有获得一等奖,因此,大三还要拼搏一次。

5、坚持看《老友记》、《越狱》等英语比较纯正的英语系列电视剧和电影,深入体验英语交流环境,奠定坚实的口语基础。

6、经常阅读英语报刊杂志(限于财力,主要是电子档)。

7、尽量多阅读英文科技文档,提高英语应用能力。

(二)计算机学习方面

由于这个学期将开设以下计算机课程:软件工程管理、数据库原理及应用、常用软件开发工具、软件需求分析、操作系统原理、软件文档编写、面向对象程序设计java,针对开设课程和我自己的学业规划,作出了如下计划:

1、每天温习当天学过的内容和对第二天的课程进行预习,多思考、多总结 。

2、广泛阅读和编写c#、c++和java程序,并且要逐渐应用数据库,开发比较大型的程序和软件。

3、在图形组的安排下,多同组员们一起开发实用的软件,增强合作开发软件的能力。

4、由于我是图形组的组员,《计算机图形学》对于我们有很大的意义,因此我将坚持每周三晚自习听本课程选修课。

5、多看、多编写软件文档。

6、熟悉常用软件开发工具。

7、对于操作系统原理,在虚拟机环境下模拟各种操作系统,比较各种系统的差异和优缺点,加强对课程的理解。

8、多看与课程有关的视频教程和视频讲座。

9、尽力参加计算机方面的竞赛,在竞赛中提高自己的能力。

(三)石油方面

本学期开设的石油课程有油藏工程基础、地球物理测井,课程虽然不多,但是任务很重。结合过去一年的学习经验,我作出了如下计划:

1、每天花时间复习当天学习的内容和简要的预习第二天要学习的内容,充分吸收本课程的知识。

human speech contains more than 2,000 different sounds, from the common “m”and “a” to the rare clicks of some southern african languages. but why are certain sounds more common than others? a ground-breaking, five-year study shows that diet-related changes in human bite led to new speech sounds that are now found in half the world’s languages.

more than 30 years ago, the scholar charles hockett noted that speech sounds called labiodentals, such as “f” and “v”, were more common in the languages of societies that ate softer foods. now a team of researchers led by damián blasi at the university of zurich, switzerland, has found how and why this trend arose.

they discovered that the upper and lower front teeth of ancient human adults were aligned (对齐), making it hard to produce labiodentals, which are formed by touching the lower lip to the upper teeth. later, our jaws changed to an overbite structure (结构), making it easier to produce such sounds.

the team showed that this change in bite was connected with the development of agriculture in the neolithic period. food became easier to chew at this point. the jawbone didn’t have to do as much work and so didn’t grow to be so large.

analyses of a language database also confirmed that there was a global change in the sound of world languages after the neolithic age, with the use of “f” and “v” increasing remarkably during the last few thousand years. these sounds are still not found in the languages of many hunter-gatherer people today.

this research overturns the popular view that all human speech sounds were present when human beings evolved around 300,000 years ago. “the set of speech sounds we use has not necessarily remained stable since the appearance of human beings, but rather the huge variety of speech sounds that we find today is the product of a complex interplay of things like biological change and cultural evolution,” said steven moran, a member of the research team.
