四、song: eye and ear
活动目标：
1.认识无官，初步了解五官的主要作用。
2.愿意跟着老师点点、说说五官，乐意参与与老师的互动。
活动准备：
1.自制图片一张（没有五官的小朋友）
2.糖果若干；
3.香水一瓶；
4.音频几段：小动物的叫声；
活动过程：
一、导入
出示图片（没有五官的小朋友），教师引导幼儿初步认识五官。（当幼儿回答不出的时候，可以引导幼儿看看旁边小朋友的脸）
二、游戏“点五官”。
教师用食指在自己脸上点五官，每点一处请幼儿说出五官名称。
教师说出五官名称，请幼儿点出自己的五官。
（此环节中教师点五官和说五官的速度可以由慢到快，让幼儿感受速度变化带来的快乐）
三、了解五官的作用。
想想说说五官的作用。
1.“我们的眼睛有什么用？”（看）
（准备一些小东西，提问小朋友看到了什么，回答出来把东西送给小朋友）
2.“我们的嘴巴有什么用？”（吃、说）
（准备糖果，让小朋友尝尝糖果，说说味道）
3.“我们的鼻子有什么用？”（闻、呼吸）
（准备香水，让小朋友闻一闻，了解鼻子的作用）
4.“我们的耳朵有什么用？”（听）
（放几段音频，请小朋友听听，是什么动物的叫声，了解耳朵的作用）
教师小结：我们的五官这么厉害，小朋友要好好爱护它们哦，不用脏手揉眼睛，不挖鼻孔，不掏耳朵，不把脏东西放到嘴巴里，不把小东西放在口、鼻、耳中。
四、活动延伸：眼睛看看、找找教室里的小花，找到后贴到自己的身上；嘴巴有点渴了，我们找找小茶杯，喝喝水。（过渡到生活环节）
一、说教材分析
新《纲要》中指出幼儿园必须“把保护幼儿的生命和促进幼儿的健康放在工作的首位。树立正确的健康观念”。在本次活动中，设计通过游戏、观察图片的形式，了解我们脸上的五官以及要保护好我们脸上的五官。如：先照镜子找找我们脸上有哪些器官，再通过游戏的方式让幼儿能根据指令迅速指出眼、耳、口、鼻等部位。在了解了脸上的各个器官后，再通过看图片的方式让幼儿知道要保护好自己脸上的五官，知道要关心自己的小身体。因此我在本次活动中除了让幼儿体验到快乐的情感，更以调动幼儿积极性，培养幼儿的表达表现能力为主要目的。
二、说教学重点、难点
重点：让每一个孩子都认识到不能将异物塞进耳朵和鼻子里，否则后果严重。
难点：认识脸上的五官以及感知正确的位置。
三、说教学准备
1.每位幼儿一面小镜子。小朋友的脸部特写照片一张。
2.自制图片3张。图1：医生正在为小朋友检查塞入异物的耳朵和鼻子；图2：小朋友的脸部特写，其双眼发红；图3：小朋友的脸谱图，上面的耳朵、鼻子、嘴巴等五官小图可以自由粘贴或取下。
四、说教学过程
第一个环节：首先我出示一张宝宝的脸部特写照片，让幼儿初步了解人脸上的器官，说一说宝宝脸上有什么？然后让幼儿照镜子，用眼睛看自己脸上的五官以及正确的位置，再以游戏的形式让幼儿用手摸摸自己脸上五官的位置。
1.出示照片，让幼儿说一说五官的名称和数量。
教师：瞧！这个小朋友的照片多神气呀！他想考考你们知不知道脸上都长了些什么？
幼儿看照片说出嘴巴、眼睛、鼻子、耳朵的数量。
2.教师和幼儿共同观察面部，说出大致的形状。
教师：请小朋友拿镜子照照我们的小脸，看看自己的脸上都有些什么？
教师启发幼儿用镜子照照自己的五官，说出它们的名称。幼儿每说出一种，教师便和幼儿一起看看、摸摸。
3.教师和幼儿共同玩游戏“鼻子、鼻子、眼睛”。
教师：请小朋友和我一起玩个游戏，名称叫“鼻子、鼻子、眼睛”。
教师说明游戏的玩法：游戏开始时，教师念“鼻子、鼻子”时，食指点在自己的鼻子上。当说到最后“眼睛”时，手指再换成点指相应的部位。教师可以将“眼睛”换成其他部位。
教师和幼儿共同游戏。教师注意观察幼儿所指的部位是否正确。
第二个环节：通过观察图片让幼儿知道要保护好自己脸上的好朋友，不能把东西塞到鼻子和耳朵里，也不能用脏手揉眼睛，否则后果会很严重在这个环节中让幼儿多说我们不能怎么做，要怎么来保护我们脸上的器官。
4.教师出示自制图片，引导幼儿要保护自己的五官。
教师出示自制图片1，请幼儿说一说医生为什么要检查小朋友的耳朵和鼻子。
教师：小朋友可不能学他们，我们要保护好自己脸上的好朋友，不能把东西塞到鼻子和耳朵里。
教师出示图2，请幼儿说一说小朋友的眼睛为什么会红红的。
教师：不能用脏脏的小手揉眼睛，也不能长时间看电视，还要记住看电视时要保持一定的距离。
第三个环节：我设计了一张空白的脸谱，让幼儿在空白的脸谱上粘贴五官。在粘贴的过程中，幼儿更能感知五官在脸上的正确位置，我并辅以简单的儿歌这样幼儿更容易掌握。幼儿在一边做一边说的过程中更加了解脸上的五官从而知道要保护自己的小身体。
5.出示教学挂图，引导幼儿讨论五官的位置。
教师：在这个圆圆的脸上少了什么？它应在脸的什么地方？
幼儿每说出一种，教师便出示相应器官的图片，放在脸谱上。
教师和幼儿以欣赏儿歌作小结。
