活动目的:教师通过让学生合作互助编故事,达到了故事教学分层教学的目标,使学生各尽其才,各有所得。
适合级别:一级(小学四年级)
活动材料:录音内容、6张表格、6套故事图片
语言技能:listening, speaking and reading
语言知识:与描述人和物特征、爱好相关的词汇与句型,以及相互帮助时所需用的相关句子。
提示词语及句型:
1.必备句型
i like…/this is …/it’s …/my friend is….
2.扩展词汇与句型
turnip, fish, bamboo, grass, giraffe, panda, pull, help ….
what a big/fresh….
i can …. /i can’t ….
come on.
please help me. /let me help you!
we are coming!
教学过程:
step one (warming up)
1. greeting
2. short play
3. sing a song: friends
{purpose}课前的short play 为学生巩固旧知识、热身操练口语搭设了展示自我的舞台;歌曲friends既活跃了气氛又直揭本课主题并为新知做好铺垫。
step two (pre-task lead in)
1.听一段录音,录音中有许多动物在讲述自己的爱好。
t:have you got some friends?
ss: yes, we have.
t: who are they? what do they like?
s1: my friend’s name is wei yixing. she likes music.
s2:i have three friends: cao cao, zhao heda and huang binghong. huang binghong likes sports. cao cao and zhao heda like animals.
s3:….
t: i’m so glad to hear that everybody has good friends. and you know each other very well. but do you know what the animals like best? let’s listen carefully and find out.
{purpose}friend是学生有话可讲的话题,教师以此为引子,适时地把“球”抛给了学生,让学生有充足的时间和空间在真实的语境中,有意义地、充满兴致地交流。一方面学生欣喜地获得了周围朋友的真实信息,另一方面语言的滚动操练也在潜移默化中完成了。同时,这些对话又为听录音做好了语言准备。
2.学生以小组(6人小组)为单位,跟据录音内容完成纸条上动物和食物配对练习。

{purpose}让学生带着问题听录音,可以使他们的注意力高度集中,听的效果更好。此处的小组合作是为后面的合作学习做好铺垫。
3.选两小组上前汇报结果,描述时用上“i like …./it’s ….”等句型。
t: which group wants to have a report for us?
(group 3 came out)
s1: hello! i’m miss cat. i like fish very much.
s2: hi! i’m mr. giraffe. i like grass.
….
step three (while-task)
1.将全班分成6组,每一组拥有一套(即6张)故事图片。
t:(教师手指表格my favorite 说)from here, we know rabbit likes turnip best. do you like rabbit? why?
s1: i like rabbit. it’s white. i like white.
s2: it’s lovely.
s3: it has two red eyes….
t: so do you want to listen to a story about rabbit?
{purpose}教师提出前两个问题的目的是为学生建立一个与rabbit有关的信息沟,在有限的课堂时间内,尽可能多地为学生创造语言输出的机会。同时又水到渠成地过渡到故事教学。
