一、教材依据:
牛津小学英语 6a unit 1  public signs  a部分 listen,read and learn(第二课时)
二、教学目标:
1 能正确地听、说、读、写词汇 always, question, ask mean, must, should.能正确地听、说、读词汇public, sign, cousin, danger, away, bird, cage, quiet, make noise.
2 能正确地听、说、读、写句型 what does…mean? it means…
3 能听懂、会说和会读日常交际用语 there are a lot of signs here. they mean different things. keep off the grass. be quiet.
4 能正确地理解、掌握a部分对话内容,并能朗读、初步表演对话。
三、教学重点:
能正确地理解、掌握a部分对话内容,并能朗读、初步表演对话。
四、教学难点:
能比较流畅的朗读对话,并在掌握对话的基础上,运用本课所学语言来描述公共场合的标志及它们的意义。
五、课前准备:
a 单词、句型卡片。课文中人物的头像。
b 设计并制作多媒体教学课件。准备多媒体教学的设施。
六、教学过程:
step 1  warm up      1.greetings
      2.sing a song together 用《伦敦桥要倒了》的曲调唱:
          what does this sign mean?this sign mean?this sign mean?
          it means you shouldn’t smoke.you shouldn’t smoke.
          what does this sign mean?this sign mean?this sign mean?
          it means danger.you must stay away.
         (设计意图:轻松愉快的歌曲,激发了学生的学习热情,同时也活跃了课堂气氛,使整个课堂都生动起来)
3.free talk(1)t: what are we doing now?
s: we are having an english lesson.
t: what should we do ? look at the public sign.
          what does it mean?
s: it means be quiet.
t: so we shouldn’t make noise here.
(设计意图:这个导入教学的对话设计是从关注学生开始,一步一步地导入“公共标志”这个话题,学生会感到既熟悉又自然。)
      (2)检查学生课后收集的公共标志并交谈。如
     t:what does this sign mean?
     s:it means “no smoking”.
     t:can i smoke here?
     s:no, you can’t. you shouldn’t smoke here.
step 2  presentation and practice 1  t: now i want to ask you some questions.can you answer me ?
        teach:  ask   question
           (采用齐读,分组读及开火车读等方式练习)
      2 呈现教室场景,出示禁止乱丢垃圾的标志,引出no littering。
