ⅰ.teaching aims and demands(教学目标)
(ⅰ)语言知识目标
1. enable the students to use wh-questions and master the target language.
e.g. what does he do?        he′s a/an …..
   what do you want to be?   i want to be…..
2. enable the students to master the new words and phrases .
e.g. shop assistant、 bank clerk、  reporter…..
3. enable the students to remember the meaning of added words.
e.g. cook厨师  pilot飞行员  driver司机
(ⅱ)语言技能目标
1. enable the students to ask and answer the questions about jobs.
2.develop the students′abilities of listening、speaking、 reading and communicating.
3.enable the students to write simple article to introduce themselves or the other  persons′jobs.
(ⅲ)情感态度目标
1. help the students to realize the effects and meaning of difficult jobs.
2. help the students to establish the right occupation ideals.
(ⅳ)文化意识目标
working is glorious , foster the students’ attitude towards their jobs.
(ⅴ)学习策略目标
1. communicative strategy: through pairwork and practice, help students achieve the development of communicative ability.
2. resource strategy: encourage the students to collect more words about jobs.
3. cognitive strategy: be brave to guess words, and practice oral english as much as possible.
4. control strategy: continuous learning, adjust learning strategy timely.
ⅱ.teaching key and difficult point(教学重点难点)
1. important vocabulary: doctor policeman hospital now policewoman nurse money give get wear uniform
2. important sentence patterns:
what do you do?          i′m a/an……
what does he/she do?      he′s a/an …..
what do you want to be?    i want to be a/an….
what does he/she want to be? he/she wants to be…….
teaching difficult points(教学难点)
1. 当主语为第三人称单数时,问句中助动词的选用。
e.g. what does he do?  
2. 当主语为第三人称单数时,谓语动词变为三单形式。
   e.g. he/she wants to be…….
3. 表示有生命的名词的所有格,以s结尾的加′,不是以s结尾的加′s.  e.g .anna s mother 、the teachers room.     
ⅲ.teaching aids (教学用具)
3. multi-media computer、 tape recorder、 pictures.
ⅳ.teaching procedure(教学过程)
