【语法】
1. i don’t mind them。 我不介意它们。
mind 意为介意，反对，通常用于疑问句，否定句或条件句中，其后可接名词，代词或动词ing的形式。
2. plan to do sth. 计划做某事
3. because i hope to find out what’s going on around the world. 因为我希望了解世界各地发生的事。
hope to do sth. hope +that从句
hope: 指对实现某一愿望有信心，把握 wish: 常指难以实现或不能实现的愿望
4. i like to follow the story and see what happens next.
happen动词，意为发生。一般指偶然发生，其主语常为事，而不能是人。
sth.+happens to sb. 某人发生了某事 sth.+happens +地点/时间 某地/某时发生了某事
5. well, they may not be very exciting, but you can expect to learn a lot from them.
①may 意为可能，也许，大概。表示推测，一般用于肯定句中。也可以表示许可，与can同义。
②expect+名词/代词，意为期待某事或某人，预计….可能发生
expect to do sth.预计做某事
expect sb.to do sth. 期望某人做某事
expect+从句 预计……

for example 一般只以同类事物或人中的一个为例，作插入语，用逗号隔开，可置于句首，句中或句末
