党的报告对中国特色社会主义作出新的理论概括，强调在新的历史条件下，夺取中国特色社会主义新胜利，必须牢牢把握八个基本要求，分别是：必须坚持人民主体地位，必须坚持解放和发展社会生产力，必须坚持推进改革开放，必须坚持维护社会公平正义，必须坚持走共同富裕道路，必须坚持促进社会和谐，必须坚持和平发展，必须坚持党的领导。
这八条，不仅条条都有强烈的现实针对性、长远指导性，而且作为全党全国人民的共同信念，必将极大地推进解放思想、改革开放、凝聚力量、攻坚克难，扎扎实实夺取中国特色社会主义新胜利，奋力开拓中国特色社会主义更为广阔的发展前景。通过学习，我提高了自己的政治觉悟和思想水平。精神上感觉更加充实。
二、在工作方面，勤奋务实、尽责尽职

理想信念是立党之基。我们党是为信仰而生、为信仰而行的政党。要认识到：理想信念是党成立的基础。陈独秀、李大钊等以马克思主义为中国革命的理论基础，引导众多先进分子树立共产主义理想信念，克服艰难险阻凝聚在一起，缔造了中国共产党。理想信念是党壮大的保障。在党发展的各个时期，理想信念激励着共产党人艰苦斗争，在革命和建设事业中不断取得胜利，党员队伍也由最初的50多人壮大到8700多万人，成为世界上最大的政党。理想信念是党发展的动力。马克思主义政党一旦放弃理想信念，就会土崩瓦解。在党未来的发展征程中，共产主义理想将始终是我们的总目标，引领一代又一代共产党人接力奋斗。
理想信念是立身之本。当前，一些党员干部理想信念出现动摇，久而久之就会迷失方向、蜕化变质，失去安身立命的根本。要认识到：理想信念决定人生方向。理想决定方向，信念产生力量。从对人的影响看，首要的是决定人的努力方向。党员干部要把共产主义理想作为追求目标，执着进取、持之以恒，做到日有寸功、日有寸进。理想信念成就人生价值。不同的理想信念，就有不同的事业追求，体现不同的人生价值。人的追求可分三个层次：一是“为稻粱谋”，只谋自己的利益，这是最低境界;二是“为事业谋”，谋部分人的利益，这是较高境界;三是“为全人类谋”，谋所有人的利益，这是最高境界。共产党人以解放全人类为己任，正因为有这样的理想信念，才有建设社会主义国家的伟大事业，自身人生价值才得以体现。理想信念影响人生幸福。有什么样的理想，就收获什么样的幸福。人的幸福可由三部分组成：一是纯粹的自我认同;二是爱自己和被自己所爱的人的认同;三是社会和更多人们的认同。共产党人践行理想信念，在获得最广大人民认同的同时，也得到自我认同，收获人生幸福。

三、坚定理想信念第一位要求是绝对忠诚
党员干部坚定理想信念，首先是坚持绝对忠诚，做到尽心尽力、表里如一、言行一致、没有二心。
要忠诚于党。党员干部是党教育培养的干部，忠诚胜于能力。要做到四点：一要坚定党的信仰。学好党的理论，强化实践锻炼，炼就“金刚不坏之身”，做到关键时刻靠得住、信得过。二要服从党的组织。遵守组织规矩，对组织绝对服从，不拈轻怕重、讨价还价，不搞表态性、应付性服从，不当“两面人”。三要执行党的决策。坚决贯彻中央、省委和市委决策，做到号召的坚决响应、决定的坚决照办、禁止的坚决不干，不搞上有政策、下有对策，不能有令不行、有禁不止。四要维护党的领导。做到在党忧党、在党为党，在大是大非面前旗帜鲜明、坚持原则、敢于亮剑，自觉维护党的权威和形象。
要忠诚于人民。党员干部的角色定位是“公仆”，有两层含义：一是要为公，不能有私心;二是要为仆，不能有官气。这就是说，党员干部只有为人民服务的义务，没有当官做老爷的权力。要树好“三观”：一要树好群众观。坚持情为民所系，把群众当亲人，做到思想上尊重群众、感情上贴近群众、行动上深入群众。二要树好权力观。坚持权为民所用，把群众所需作为行权履职的方向，把群众满意作为检验用权成效的标尺，用手中权力服务群众、造福群众。三要树好利益观。坚持利为民所谋，实现和维护好群众利益，多做化民怨、解民忧、促民富的实事好事。
要忠诚于事业。对事业忠诚，是对党和人民忠诚的最好体现。要做到三点：一要增强事业心。当前，全面建成小康社会进入决胜阶段，经济发展进入新常态，深化改革进入攻坚期，党员干部肩上担子很重。要增强紧迫感，干在实处、走在前列、争作表率。二要增强责任感。有没有责任意识，体现了党员干部的精神境界和工作态度。要坚持事不避难、奋勇向前，在难题面前敢于开拓，在矛盾面前敢抓敢管，在风险面前敢于担当。三要增强执行力。千招万招，不抓落实就是虚招。要坚持勤学习、勤思考、勤实践，以专业素养和方法抓好执行。要保持最讲认真的工作态度，做到一丝一毫不马虎、从严从紧不松懈、求真求实不敷衍，以过硬作风推动落实。
四、坚定理想信念必须做到“信、做、守”
党员干部坚定理想信念，关键要坚持学做结合。通过学，实现思想上的改造;通过做，达到行动上的纠偏。
一要“真信”。对党员干部来说，组织上入党不难，但思想上入党不易。要做到三点：一要加强理论武装。把学习马克思主义理论作为看家本领、学习党章作为基本功、学习系列重要讲话作为重中之重，不断领悟参透，深化对理想信念的认识。二要校准思想行为。加强主观世界改造，澄清模糊认识，剔除错误认识，纠正认识偏差，做到与党在思想上同心、目标上同向、行动上同行。三要坚持常修常行。持续用理想信念进行自我净化、自我革新和自我提高，解决好世界观、人生观、价值观这个“总开关”问题，做到虔诚而执着、至信而深厚。
二要“实做”。理想信念不能只挂在嘴上、写在纸上，关键要落实到行动上。要做到三点：一要着眼大局。把工作放在全局中去审视和谋划，找准切入点和着力点，分清轻重缓急、有力有序推进，掌握工作主动权。二要勇于担当。做到敢于攻坚、迎难而上，以“明知山有虎，偏向虎山行”的闯劲，解决事关全局的重大问题、群众反映强烈的突出问题。三要注重实干。搞好调查研究，多深入基层了解情况，根据实际谋实策、出实招。发扬钉钉子精神，锲而不舍抓落实，把本职工作做到位。

老师一进来，说了两句话，这两句话差点没让我们笑疯。他说：“一：你们班上，老师来了仍然在吵闹。二：看到这么帅的老师进来了，居然没有一个人鼓掌。”听了这话，我们才后知后觉地鼓起了掌。老师这才笑了出来。
老师先请组长做自我介绍。轮到傅泽时，傅泽说：“老师好，我叫博泽……”还没等傅泽介绍完自己，老师便打断道：“你叫‘负责’是么？”傅泽点了点头，说：“是。”老师又问：“是哪个傅？哪个泽？”傅泽说：“是师傅的傅，沼泽的泽。”老师说：“这个名字好，傅泽，希望你以后能够为大家负责。你就当我的政治课代表吧！”
我们惊呆了，天啊，不带这么玩的啊！不是自我介绍吗？怎么剧情360度大转变了呢？当所有组长介绍完后，老师这才介绍他自己，他问：“你们谁知道我是谁？”没有一个人回答，他只好说：“连我这么帅的人你们都不知道，你们真的是。”我们万分无语，老师只好自己介绍自己，正介绍着，结果又把傅泽扯过去，我们转过头来看傅泽，傅泽一脸无奈的看着老师。
老师给我的整体感觉就只有两个字——幽默。尽管有时候会比较无聊，但是，还是欢乐的时间更多。
赖老师给我的印象十分深刻——一个幽默风趣的帅哥。
