1.员工培训力度不够
包括洗衣培训，住人房间清洁培训，成本控制培训，设施设备管理等力度不够，造成系列事情的发生。
2.区域成本控制管理欠缺
区域领用易耗品较多，消耗量较大，没有进行成本意识相关培训，备货频率高，增加了工作量，今后会加强。
3.区域清洁质量水平不高
住房率较高，员工流动性较大，相关指导培训落后，相关配套不到位，造成清洁质量水平不高.今后会加强。
