大肠癌的防治

排便时见到新鲜的血液，常提示肛门直肠有毛病。什么毛病呢？可以自我鉴别。
如果您有便秘史，大便较干，便后有数量不多的出血，或在擦手纸上可见一些血迹，排便时肛门疼痛，有时可能很剧烈，有些在排便完后，尚可有一段时间疼痛，这基本上提示为肛裂。

乳腺b超是一种经济，简便，无创伤，无痛苦的检查方法，对年轻女性，尤其是妊娠，哺乳期妇女更为适宜，但对微小钙化的检测灵敏性不如乳腺照相。两种方法可以互补，提高乳腺癌的检出率。
（2）、乳腺自查
检查的最佳时间是每月月经来潮后一周。对绝经后或子宫切除的妇女可在每月的月初或医生确定适宜的时间检查。
①、洗澡时检查您的乳房，手易在潮湿润滑的皮肤上移动，将摊平的手轻柔地移动，检查每侧乳房的每个部位，用右手检查左乳，左手检查右乳，检查乳房有无肿块，硬结或皮肤增厚。

③、平卧检查时，宜在被检乳房侧的肩胛下填放一个枕头或软物，再将同侧的手放在头后，能使乳房组织更均匀地分摊在胸部。将手轻压在乳房皮肤上，以乳头为中心开始于乳房的外上方，右乳依顺时针方向，左乳作反时针向逐渐移动检查，从乳房外圈起，至少三圈，直至乳头。最后，在拇指和食指间轻挤乳头，观察有无乳头溢液。如有溢液一经发现，应立即就医。

一、活动主题
20__年全国节能宣传周和全国低碳日活动的主题是“携手节能低碳，共建碧水蓝天”。我们幼儿园活动主题：“节粮惜粮，从我做起”。
二、活动内容

三、活动总结
为使“节能减排宣传周”真正落实到实处，___幼儿园成立了节能减排活动领导小组，园长任组长，副园长任副组长，年级组长、各班班长为组员。领导小组安排部署开展节能减排宣传周的具体工作，下发了《___幼儿园节能减排》宣传周的有关要求和倡议书。
开展“节能减排宣传周”的活动。倡导全园师生及家长乘坐公共交通工具、骑自行车或步行上下班，使全园师生认识到步行出行，不仅起到节能减排的作用，也有利于身体健康。
倡导全体教职工绿色办公，减少办公用品消耗，减少一次性用品消耗，倡导纸张双面打印等;节约用水，倡导循环用水;每天下午下班后，要检查电脑、空调等机器电源是否关闭，做到人走电断。

11月9日是全国消防安全宣传日，20xx年119消防宣传活动主题为“认识火灾、学会逃生”。为了进一步增强我校广大师生的消防安全意识，在消防日来临之际，不断创新消防宣传教育载体，张汪中学在全校重点开展“六个一”教育活动：

为做好今年的土地日宣传活动，我局高度重视，组织召开专题会议，研究和部署开展宣传活动的内容和具体措施，并成立了以局长为组长，分管局长为副组长，各国土资源所、各科室负责人为成员的宣传工作活动领导小组，全面负责此次宣传活动的工作，并提前制定了《xx区国土资源局第25个全国“土地日”宣传方案》，明确了宣传活动的指导思想、宣传形式和具体要求，专门下发到各国土所、机关各科室，要求认真开展紧扣主题、讲求实效、形式多样的宣传活动。
（一）6月25日当天在中心城区设立宣传点，以散发《土地日特刊》、《彩色挂图》、《宣传手册》资料、悬挂图片和横幅、显示宣传展板、发放宣传扇、播放录音、现场解说等方式向群众宣传土地使用和管理方面的.政策法规，提高群众依法保护耕地、集约节约用地的意识。
（二）各国土资源所从6.25开始，分别办公室门前悬挂土地日宣传主题横幅，乡镇繁华路段张贴小标语，有条件的国土所还利用广播宣传涉及农村土地管理方面的法律法规和土地日宣传口号等，同时向村民发放各类宣传资料。
今年的土地日宣传周，我们共向群众发放各类宣传资料5000余份，免费赠送宣传扇500个，宣传手册500个，播放地质灾害防治、耕地保护及土地项目整理等录音两套5个小时，现场解答群众咨询问题百十余条。
在这次“土地日”的宣传活动中，我局通过设立宣传咨询点、散发宣传资料、悬挂横幅、展示宣传版面、张贴图片和小标语等方式，开展了丰富多彩的宣传活动，让广大人民群众全方位地了解我国土地资源状况和国土资源管理部门的工作，围绕今年的宣传主题，对一些他们关心的热点问题给予了满意的答复，起到了很好的宣传效果，增强了广大群众节约用地意识和合理利用土地法制观念，为今后进一步做好国土资源工作，提升国土资源管理水平，树立良好的部门形象奠定的了坚实的基础。
