201x年xx社区党风廉政建设工作坚持以科学发展观为指导，认真贯彻落实各级纪委会议精神及区委、区政府和区纪委工作要求，加强党风廉政建设责任制，推进基层党风廉政建设，开创党风廉政建设工作新的局面。结合xx社区工作实际，制定党风廉政建设工作计划：
一、自觉维护党纪，保障政令畅通
将学习宣传贯彻党的十九大报告精神和新《党章》作为纪检工作长期坚持的政治任务，督促广大党员干部坚定立场，把思想和行动统一到中央要求上来。加强政治纪律教育，将政治纪律教育纳入党员干部教育培训规划，将遵守政治纪律纳入领导班子民主生活会、干部述职述廉和党风廉政建设责任制等工作的重要内容，引导和督促广大党员干部自觉维护遵守党的政治纪律。严格监督检查，决不允许“上有政策、下有对策”，决不允许有令不行、有禁不止，认真贯彻执行上级重大决策部署。
二、加强党风廉政责任制，推进惩防体系建设
1、切实落实“一岗双责”，狠抓工作落实。注重统筹谋划，坚持把党风廉政建设纳入重要议事日程和年度总体目标，进一步健全完善“党委统一领导，党政齐抓共管，纪委组织协调，部门各负其责，依靠群众参与和支持”的党风廉政责任制的领导体制和工作机制。
2、责任层层分解，形成齐抓共管新格局。结合工作实际，对党风廉政建设和反腐败工作任务进行详细分解，明确职责和具体工作要求，切实把党风廉政建设各项具体工作任务落实到岗位，进一步增强社区干部特别是领导干部廉政为民的认识。
3、严肃责任追究，提高工作实效。要把党风廉政建设作为硬措施、硬任务，严格落实党风廉政建设责任制，形成反腐倡廉的整体合力。严格执行奖惩和责任追究制度，把党风廉政建设作为促进作风建设的一项重要战略工作长抓不懈，建立严密的预警机制和责任追究办法，对工作中存在问题和群众反映强烈的部门和个人，深挖问题根源，限期改正，违反规定的严肃处理。
三、加强教育和监督，推进作风建设
1、加强作风建设。严格执行中央“八项规定”加大教育和监督力度，督促领导干部要率先垂范，带头执行规定。认真执行厉行节约、反对铺张浪费的规定，严格预算管理，认真落实公务接待有关规定，严格控制会议活动经费。改进文风会风，少开会，开短会，讲实话，讲短话。
2、深化廉洁自律。强化廉政教育，以理想信念、宗旨教育和廉政法规教育为主要内容，深入开展政治品质和道德品行教育、岗位廉政教育和警示教育。
四、加强党务公开规范化建设，提升工作水平
1、细化党务公开阶段任务。制定党务公开每月、每阶段工作目标、任务、措施和要求，对照工作计划及时有效地组织实施。
2、进一步规范党务公开目录。对本单位制定的党务公开目录进行“回头看”，结合工作实际，突出群众关心的热点、难点问题，修订完善本单位党务公开目录。
3、进一步规范党务公开程序。严格按照提出、审核、实施公开和意见反馈的程序办理党务公开。xx社区党务公开领导小组办公室要根据公开目录填写公开内容，经审查后主动稳妥实施公开，合理确定公开范围和方法，认真收集处理党员、群众意见建议。完善台账档案，历次公开内容及时登记归档，工作台账资料齐全，管理利用规范。
4、进一步规范党务公开时间。每月15日为基层党务公开日，要将长期或定期公开的内容在公开栏、网站、等形体上进行公开。重要、紧急事项可随时公开。
5、进一步规范党务公开方法。通过党的有关会议、文件、情况通报、简报等方法向党内公开；通过网站、公开栏、等方法向社会公开。完善室外党务公开栏，按要求定期进行更新。
6、进一步规范党务公开范围和内容。严格依据本单位党务公开目录，全面推进党务公开工作。公开内容要全面、真实、具体、及时。
7、整合公开资源，把党务公开与政务公开、居务公开有机结合，围绕民生工程、文明创建、社会管理创新等中心工作，充分发挥党务公开服务、引领作用，促进各项工作有效推进。
8、加强监督检查，健全长效机制。每季度至少召开一次会议，学习传达有关精神，研究部署、总结党务公开工作，及时解决存在问题。认真落实党务公开各项制度，并结合实际探索建立健全党务公开工作长效机制。
五、加强基层纪检组织建设，推进基层党风廉政建设
加强基层纪检组织建设，切实发挥纪检组织作用。通过各种形式加强对基层党员干部的教育和监督，健全居民议事协商、勤廉双述、民主评议、重大事项民主决策等制度，进一步推进基层党风廉政建设。
