In the "bloom restaurant", everyone was watching the singer singing outside, but I ran to the lovely animal area behind me. There was a proud peacock and a terrible musk pig. Naughty I ran out the weeds to feed the musk pigs, fed into the half, suddenly, "roar!" A sound, like a quiet sky, suddenly sent a burst of thunder. I ran away and went back to my parents. The next thing is to go to the night market to eat! After eating the "ABO" mutton soup, we drove home by the traffic jam. The Spring Festival is very interesting, so I learned a lot, let me see the lovely musk pigs are also very "frightening"。 I hope the next spring festival can be so interesting.

春节的英语作文 篇二

In our traditional festivals, my favorite is the lively spring festival. How did spring festival come from?

A long time ago, there was a monster called " year", it often bully people living in the mountains in winter, some people want to get rid of it, and some people want to get rid of it. One day " year" came again, many people were attacked at home. Only a few households hung a red curtain, outside the door with a fire or knock knock the somebody else is not hurt, so the people in the mountains know " year" afraid of three things. When the year comes back, people use these three things to drive away the big monster, never to hurt people. Later generations passed on, then formed the new year s day lively custom.

I like spring festival. I go to flower market every spring festival. Flowers city people mountain people busy, the people in the shop shouting to sell all kinds of things, some sell colorful, fragrant and charming flowers, some sell delicious popcorn and drink, and sell all kinds of toys.

In recent years, with the continuous strength of our country, the leaders of all countries also began in the spring festival, speech or article to congratulate the Chinese people in their own country on the festival, China s spring festival is becoming more and more influential in the world.

春节英语作文 篇三

It is a traditional show during the Spring Festival, and my family is no exception. On the first day of the year of the ox, I got up early and put on my new clothes.

When the car stopped at aunt lis house, I saw a red spring couplet on her wide gate and a new and new one. On both sides of the gate are high red lanterns. Before I entered the room, I felt the thick festive atmosphere of the Spring Festival. Mother knows I am a "mouth not sweet" child, knock on the door specially to tell me: "baby, see uncle aunt you can take the initiative say hello!" "Good! I readily agreed. While my mother rang the bell, I was secretly preparing for the New Years blessing. Unexpectedly, when aunt li opened the door, my heart was caught by the cat, shrunk back, the words that had just come to my mouth were scared out of sight, and zhangs mouth stopped in midair. At this moment, my mother touched my hand in a hurry, as if to remind me, "speak quickly, speak up!" The more anxious I am, the more I cant say it, and the worst thing is that I am so nervous that I forget to prepare a good blessing. What would you say? I was so anxious that I was like an ant on a hot pan that I should let my mother down. Suddenly my head flashed a word, blurted out: "gong gong, hongbao!" The grown-ups first froze, then laughed. Wrong again, I sneaked a glance at the mother, found the mothers face red. Aunt li smiled and said, "its very childlike. Xiao zheng is so cute!"

When I think of it, I feel a feeling of shyness in my mind, and I will think of when I can be generous. It will be an unforgettable star in my growing up.

春节的英语作文 篇七

Chinese New Year or Spring Festival is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It is sometimes called the "Lunar New Year" by English speakers. The festival traditionally begins on the first day of the first month (Chinese: 正月; pinyin: zhēng yuè) in the Chinese calendar and ends on the 15th; this day is called Lantern Festival. Chinese New Years Eve is known as chú xī。 It literally means "Year-pass Eve"。

Chinese New Year is the longest and most important festivity in the Lunar Calendar. The origin of Chinese New Year is itself centuries old and gains significance because of several myths and traditions. Ancient Chinese New Year is a reflection on how the people behaved and what they believed in the most.

Celebrated in areas with large populations of ethnic Chinese, Chinese New Year is considered a major holiday for the Chinese and has had influence on the new year celebrations of its geographic neighbors, as well as cultures with whom the Chinese have had extensive interaction. These include Koreans (Seollal), Tbetans and Bhutanese (Losar), Mongolians (Tsagaan Sar), Vietnamese (Tet), and formerly the Japanese before 1873 (Oshogatsu)。 Outside of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Twan, Chinese New Year is also celebrated in countries with significant Han Chinese populations, such as Singapore, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. In countries such as Australia, Canada and the United States, although Chinese New Year is not an official holiday, many ethnic Chinese hold large celebrations and Australia Post, Canada Post, and the US Postal Service issues New Years themed stamps.

Within China, regional customs and traditions concerning the celebration of the Chinese new year vary widely. People will pour out their money to buy presents, decoration, material, food, and clothing. It is also the tradition that every family thoroughly cleans the house to sweep away any ill-fortune in hopes to make way for good incoming luck. Windows and doors will be decorated with red colour paper-cuts and couplets with popular themes of “happiness”, “wealth”, and “longevity”。 On the Eve of Chinese New Year, supper is a feast with families. Food will include such items as pigs, ducks, chicken and sweet delicacies. The family will end the night with firecrackers. Early the next morning, children will greet their parents by wishing them a healthy and happy new year, and receive money in red paper envelopes. The Chinese New Year tradition is a great way to reconcile forgetting all grudges, and sincerely wish peace and happiness for everyone.

Although the Chinese calendar traditionally does not use continuously numbered years, outside China its years are often numbered from the reign of Huangdi. But at least three different years numbered 1 are now used by various scholars, making the year 20xx "Chinese Year" 。
