句型结构“This + is + the + 序数词 + time + that 从句”中的time前面有序数词来修饰，后面的从句一般 要用完成时。如：

It’s time that...... 句型中一般要用虚拟语气，从句谓语动词通常用过去式的形式，有时可用“should+ 动词
原形”的形式，should通常不能省略。It's time that you should go to bed. 到你该睡觉的时候了。
